** Includes a laid set and another one for changes located within each room to the corresponding cabinets.
*** For rentals of 30 days or more, the price of electricity costs is included up to a maximum of 300 euros per month. The difference will be direct payment by the hosted customer.
**** This deposit will be returned the day following the client’s departure after checking the good condition of the apartment.
